HAZEL is a beautiful European cat who has spent her life as a stray, far from the comforts of a home. After having several litters and living outdoors her entire life, she remains somewhat reserved around people—but beneath that caution lies a gentle soul who enjoys being petted and cuddled once she feels comfortable.

She is litter-trained and handles being alone very well, making her a discreet and independent companion. She just needs time and patience to truly thrive in her new home.

Her needs:
Access to the outdoors is essential: accustomed to life in the open air, we believe HAZEL needs a secure yard to thrive.
A calm environment, free from excessive commotion, to help her build confidence.
Time and gentleness: HAZEL won’t open up overnight, but every small step forward will be a victory to celebrate together.

We’re looking for adopters for HAZEL who:
Live in a house with a fenced-in yard (we don’t know if she’d be happy in an apartment without access to the outdoors)
Don’t have young children, as her timid nature and history as a stray call for a peaceful environment
Who are patient and caring, ready to respect her pace and earn her trust little by little
Who are looking for a calm and independent companion, rather than a very affectionate cat from day one

HAZEL deserves a second chance—a home where she can finally settle in safely. If you think you can offer her the warm, patient home she’s been waiting for, please contact us by phone—our team will be happy to tell you more about her and arrange a meeting. Every cat deserves a happy story. Maybe HAZEL’s story begins with you?

Adoption only possible with an "permit to keep animals" if you live in Wallonia.
