LUNA, a little ball of love to guide and reassure

Luna is a young Fox Terrier cross, full of life, sensitive and endearing. Behind her boundless energy lies a very cuddly dog, constantly seeking human attention and eager for moments of connection. She adores humans and is very playful, but her emotions sometimes take up too much space, and she will need a family capable of accompanying her with gentleness and patience.

Her qualities:

Very cuddly and close to people
Playful, lively and cheerful
Clean (with a few accidents when she doesn't like being alone)
At ease in the car on straight roads
Needs a garden to run around in, let off steam and be happy

Points of attention

Can't stand solitude: Luna gets very stressed and can destroy objects, plastic, boxes or shoes when left alone.
Not cat-friendly
Dog compatibility variable: lacks canine codes, may react strongly if threatened.
Children: no young children, her complicated past with a man has made her fearful in certain situations.
Can't live in an apartment: her energy and space requirements don't allow it.

Her ideal family:

Luna needs a home:

with a fenced garden where she can run and let off steam freely ;
no cats, and ideally no other dogs, or with a very stable, gradually-introduced dog;
without young children;
with adopters who are present, patient, caring and ready to help her make progress in managing her emotions and learning to cope better with absences.

She's a lovely dog who will give a lot of love to those who take the time to understand her and offer her a reassuring environment.
