MERLIN , A fragile little heart seeking peace at last
Merlin is a magnificent male European cat whose sensitivity immediately touches those who meet his eyes. Very stressed on his arrival, he is slowly learning to reassure himself and to evolve within the cattery. He's a discreet, gentle and deeply fearful cat, who needs his rhythm to be respected so he can open up with confidence.
His qualities:
Clean: Merlin is a perfectly clean cat.
Solitude tolerant: He doesn't mind being alone and will appreciate a quiet environment.
Kind and sensitive: Even if he hides behind his fear, Merlin is a big-hearted cat who just wants to be understood.
His weaknesses:
Hyper-fearful: Not suitable for children or noisy environments.
Highly stressed: He will need time, gentleness and a patient home to adapt.
Certain aspects have yet to be assessed (living in an apartment, need for a garden, cat/dog cohabitation, transport management).
The ideal home for Merlin:
Merlin would thrive in a calm, gentle and very patient home, without children, and with adopters willing to give him the time he needs to tame his new environment. Perhaps a garden would suit him in the long run, but this will depend on his progress and level of confidence.
